Partner Manager, Global Sales

We are now looking for a Partner Manager to manage existing sales partner relationships and identify and onboard new partnerships. As a Partner Manager, your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and success. Partner Manager will be expected to develop and execute partner sales strategies, manage partner sales pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
As the Partner Manager your role requires strong experience in sales and partnership management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations. Strong sales attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential in building effective relationships with partners and customers.

Key responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Partner Relationships
- Creating and managing partner network to ensure sales in key markets
- Execute and manage partner sales strategies and partner sales pipelines
- Lead, develop and inspire a partner sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Manage the sales forecasting and planning together with partners

Identifying New Partners for the Local Markets
- Exploring and building new partnerships and growth opportunities
- Negotiating partnership agreements

Monitoring Partnership Performance
- Evaluating and reporting the success of partners
What do we expect from you:

Experience:
- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and partner management preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot, sales analytics tools, and reporting

Skills:
- Strong sales, leadership and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English including in active listening, understanding partner needs, and clearly conveying company's strategy

Education:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
